"Hi, my name is Ono from Japan. I am texting here instead of my friend, Cocoro. She is planning to go to Australia with the working holiday visa next year. Before going to Australia, she would like to get the basic English level in the language school. After searching around the places in Cebu and Fiji, we found here!
We have a few questions for your institution to consider the language program. We would appreciate it if you answer to the below.
1. Now Cocoro is interested in the program, “**Launch Special** General English (A1-C2)(Including Accommodation + selected tours) 1 MONTH” on the website. We consider the price $950 include the cost for the SIM card, the transportation fee for the pick-up and drop-off between the accommodation and the airport, the academic fee, the accommodation fee including the everyday breakfast and the visa application fee. If my understanding is wrong, please tell us the right information with the breakdown. And also, is there any other price that is included in this $950? If the student need to pay the additional fee to have another service that is not covered in the $950, could you please tell us what they are and how much they will cost?? (ex. the utility expense at the accommodation, the fee of joining the tours)
2. We checked on the website about the students’ nationalities and their average age. Could you please share us the average number of the students per month?? If possible, we’d appreciate it if you share us with the latest data in 2023 for the students’ nationalities and the average age.
3. Is it possible to make the term of having the language program longer after the start of the class? If yes to the question, could you confirm whether my understanding below is right? If not please correct that and would you tell us the right information please?
In case of the change from 1 month to 3 month, the additional fee, $1696 is to be paid.
4. Are the accommodation and school in the same facility?? If possible, could you share us the map for the related buildings for our reference?
