South African host-families are well known for their friendliness and hospitality. Your “host-family” could be a single woman, an older couple or a young couple with children. Either way, staying with a family will give you a unique insight into the South African lifestyle.

Your family will supply you with breakfast and dinner. Travel distance to the school is very short, with only a few families living as far as 45 minutes from the school. In the city centre, most host-families stay in apartments.

It grants you independence but at the same time the opportunity to mix and socialise with other students.
