IIE Hawaii は公式のケンブリッジ準備センター（Cambridge Preparation Centre）として認可を受け、FCE（First Certificate in English）と CAE（Certificate in Advanced English）2つのコースを提供しています。

IIEでは、中上級者向けテストの「FCE」と上級者向けテストの「CAE」試験対策コースの受講が可能。FCEとCAEはいずれも高度な英語力を証明するテストとして高い評価を得ており、一度獲得したスコアは生涯有効です。IIEのケンブリッジ英検対策コースでは、FCEコース、CAEコースともに試験合格に必要なスキルや問題の解き方をしっかり指導。必要に応じて、Cambridge Boost（セミプライベートレッスン）も追加できます。
ケンブリッジ大学英語検定機構(Cambridge English Language Assessment)のテストは、世界各国、13,000以上の企業や大学で採用されています。
IIEとハワイ大学傘下のカピオラニコミュニティカレッジ(KCC)の特別提携により、FCEコース、CAEコースで優秀な成績を修めた生徒は、一定の条件の下、KCCへの進学することもも可能です。詳細はIIEとKCCのパートナーシップにより作られた、Rainbow Pathwaysのページをご覧ください。

ケンブリッジ英検コースの受講希望者は、事前に英語力診断テストを受験します。
テスト結果がコース参加に必要なレベルに満たなかった場合は、Cambridge Boost（セミプライベートレッスン）など、他のプログラムをご案内します。
FCEとCAEは試験日が異なります。到着後、FCEからCAE、またはCAEからFCEにコースを変更する生徒は、試験日を考慮した上で滞在日程を調整して下さい。
当コースへの参加には学生ビザ（F1）が必要です。学生ビザについてはこちら（ アメリカ合衆国国土安全保障省のウェブサイト）または当校までお問合せください。

CAE: Certificate in Advanced English（上級）
CAEは海外の大学や大学院への進学、海外での就職に必要な英語力があることを証明するテストです。IIEのCAEコースを受講するためには、B2以上の英語力が必要です。

The teachers at the school were so passionate about teaching, and I really learned a lot there, this is the best language school I have been on so far. (3 in total) the teachers and staff were so nice and are really helpful with all the things you may need. The school is perfectly located it only takes a few minutes to everything just like the housing at McCully, it’s clean and nice, only the bed is really bad.

The location was perfect because it is not far away from the beach and stuff like that. The classes were also nice but there was one classroom that didn't have any windows so the feeling was not that good. It made the classroom very small, too. My teachers and also the other staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a lot of fun with them, too. It was also great that we could drink tea every day and the possibility to join some activities offered every day was great.

What I liked :
A good feeling with teachers. Joël Beck, for example.
A mix between casual and serious.
The location was really good. Classrooms were appropriate
To meet people from all over the world, and learn about other cultures, especially friends from Asia (Japan and Korea).

My regret : Lessons weren't so intensive. When you stay only fifteen days, it is hard to really improve your English.
