コース内容

The Semi-Intensive course is for those who want to maximize their language learning practice during their stay but also have some free time to enjoy the city's main attractions. The courses focus on speaking and communication skills. The classes stress the use of language in everyday situations. You'll have 1 class each day, students will work on grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking and listening.

Topics can include as per student's profile: fluency practice, media studies, games, film and theater, local culture, current events, and research using the internet. Intermediate and advanced students also have the option of studying test-preparation.

The city of Rio de Janeiro, shaped by the interaction of mountains and sea, lies over the narrow strip of an alluvial plain between Guanabara Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Cradled between these mountains and the bay, the urban landscape of the city has been shaped by significant historical events, influenced by a diversity of cultures. It is perceived to be of great beauty, which is celebrated in the arts, through painting and poetry in particular.

Trends Language Solutions provides Portuguese classes in a private Studio, called Studio330, which is just two block from the most beautiful 'carioca' beach, the Copacabana beach. It is also. located only 4 blocks from Leme beach, considered one of the favorites by locals.

The Studio was inspired by the famous architect Cristiano Sá Motta and was designed under the CoLiving concept, which basically means 'many things to different people in just one place'. And for us, those things means 'Teaching Portuguese' and guiding you around the city, besides making it the best experience of your stay in the same place. We are passionate about teaching and have been doing it, from generation to generation, for more than 10 decades. We also love serving, so you will really feel at home at the same time.

We believe co-living may provide some of the answers for the problems we face in a complex world, where housing and social belonging are in short supply.
