St Joseph’s is located in Ipswich in the South-East of England with excellent transport links and easy access to both London and Cambridge – one hour by train to both cities. Ipswich train station is five minutes’ from the College.
The College offers a wide range of GCSE and A-level courses including a Foundation A-level course. IELTS tuition is also provided within the school fees for Sixth Form students, with additional small
group EAL tuition during the school day, on Saturday mornings and also during ‘Boarding Plus’ weeks.
Our commitment to the sport of all kinds is a hallmark of life at St Joseph’s College. As a centre for competitive sports, we have a national reputation, enhanced by our recent multi-million-pound investment in new artificial turf hockey pitches, tennis and netball courts, and new changing facilities. You will be placed in a class according to your grammar level, speaking ability and personal aims. You will study English through a variety of topic areas with an emphasis on spoken communication.
